100 Years of Belleville Bands Celebration
When: Friday, September 11, 2026
Tentative Timeline for The 100 Years of Belleville Bands Celebration:

3pm-5pm - Band Room - Open for Alumni to visit and walk around.
Choir Room - Check in for Alumni, drop off instrument cases, holding room.
Lobby of Auditorium/Courtyard - Revisit the past - Viewing tables of pictures, scrapbooks, apparel along with getting your BHS Band Alumni T-shirt, visit with old friends, etc. A gathering place for those who want to come early.
4pm-6pm - Alumni tailgate (dinner) - tentatively scheduled under the tent on the practice soccer field (next to baseball field and
where the marching band lines up to head out to the game)
Performance by current student pep band for all in attendance
5:30pm - All BAND alumni meet in the Auditorium with instruments to play with current Marching Band students.
Covering all things performing for Pregame. (more to come!)
6pm - All BAND ALUMNI migrate out of the auditorium and gather with the non band alumni and wait for the BHS MB students. (They need to cover the things for the game as usual without the alumni present)
6:15-25ish - March out with the BHS Band leading the way.
6:30/35ish - Pre-Game with ALL BHS BAND ALUMNI!
6:55pm - National Anthem
7pm - Game Start
ALUMNI MUSIC SELECTIONS:(tentative)
All Band Alumni will get a free T-shirt on this day at check in to wear for the performance!

***Special note: Clarinet players - if the music range for any of the pieces get too high for you, then select the Baritone TC part. The part is in the same key as Clarinet, but ranges may be more attainable.

Supplies
If you need any supplies such as reeds, valve oil, flip folders, etc, please get these from any music store or Amazon. We are providing a link here to our Marshall Music supply list for our current students just in case you forgot what you may need. The link shows everything from reeds to mouthpieces to lyres and more. Use this as a reference guide for any supplies that pertain to your instrument. You don't have to get these items from Marshall Music but if you do, just ask them to ship them to you.
